"We can't thank DON WHELAN enough for helping us out this past week.  He's a low-pressure,friendly, resourceful, positive energy guy.  We were in a jam and he helped us look outside the box.  We have gone to the same dealership twice in the past year, only to leave frustrated by not only sales people but managers as well.  Don was incredible; he spent hours helping us find the right vehicle.
